Updated COVID-19 Statement

We're here for you.

The growing presence of COVID-19 has wholly influenced the way we work, live and interact with each other. It's during times like these that we see the best in our communities come out. We will continue to look out for each other and our community, and we will continue to fight this together, continually adapting to our changing environment.

The Carlock Management Team is actively monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic and strategically planning in weekly increments. Our team plan, outlined below, takes effect March 23rd and runs through March 29th. Thereafter, we will monitor and adjust our approach as necessary to maintain the highest levels of community safety.

We will remain open. We will be ever vigilant and cautious to deliver essential transportation needs to those who need it most.

It's a decision we've not taken lightly and it's the result of much deliberation.

We will remain open to meet the many needs of our community. Both our customers and employees rely on our services to fight the ongoing battle with COVID-19, and in doing so, we hope to fill needs left void by other business closures.

For the safety of our employees, customers and community, we've adapted a team-based structure.

Effective Monday, March 20th, we've adopted a strategy that splits our workforce into teams. This structure supports greater levels of social distancing and safer interaction among employees and clients alike.

Our team approach splits each dealership operations teams into two groups, alternating days spent in the dealership. While onsite work hours will be reduced over the next week, employee compensation and benefits will not be impacted during this time.

We are incredibly proud of the brave men and women at Carlock Automotive, who are doing their part to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and provide essential transportation to those who need it most.

We remain open for those fighting the spread of COVID-19.

For every person self-isolating at home, there's another person who's contributing to the fight against COVID-19. Healthcare workers, grocery workers, delivery personnel, researchers, and so on, must maintain freedom of mobilization. As they continue to ask for our support, and as long as we're allowed to, we're committed to supporting them.

In the last week, employees of companies providing essential services have visited our service departments for unavoidable vehicle repairs. Agencies have reached out seeking vehicles to shuttle people and supplies associated with the fight against COVID-19. We remain open to fill these needs. It's the least we can do.

We remain open for our employees.

Our employees depend on us. Their families depend on us. Our employees want to work. As long as we can provide for our employees and their dependents in a safe manner, we will continue to do so.

In the increasing presence of uncertainty, a semblance of normalcy is comforting. For our employees who have chosen to continue working, Carlock Automotive Group helps bring much-welcomed normalcy to their lives.

We remain open for our customers.

As other dealerships choose to close their doors, we feel that we have a responsibility to ensure our customers have safe and reliable transportation at all times. While we've seen declines in dealership traffic over the last week, one thing remains - there are still people with cars that need to be fixed, and in some cases, replaced. For essential travel, people still need to get from point A to point B safely. We're here to help them with that.

You've proven that you're here for us. It's our turn to be here for you.

We are actively pursuing additional ways we can use our resources to help fight the spread of COVID-19. We will get through this by working together.
